The Arboretum is available for organized events from 8:00 am to dusk.
Planting beds divided into differing types of gardens: perennial and ornamental grass meadows, conifer collections, and mixed shrub and tree borders. This variety of gardens adds to the allure of the Arboretum. Throughout this collection are intimate spaces that create a feeling of openness within the confines of the planting themselves.
This series of event lawns inspires gatherings near the heart of it all, the Hartley Gardens. From the formal elegance of wedding parties gracing the lawns to athletes competing in cross-country and track meets, the Arboretum is busy hosting our many friends and visitors during the months of May to September.
