To reserve the Arboretum for your event, download the Reserve Space form, complete, scan and return to arboretum@illinois.edu.

To book an event on Arboretum grounds as a Registered Student Organization (RSO), you need prior signed approval from the Office of Registered Student Organizations. You can reach the RSO office at iurso@illinois.edu. The use fee for all groups is $500, unless a waiver is granted.
