The Illinois Arboretum offers a serene, picturesque setting for your special day. With over 150 acres featuring flowering gardens, mature shade trees, and peaceful ponds in close proximity to downtown Champaign and Urbana, our convenient location truly provides the best of both nature and urban amenities.

CEREMONIES:
Outdoor garden events may be reserved in one of the following three-hour time slots: 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm, 5pm-8pm. Your reservation includes site rental for designated day and time, as well as use, set-up, and tear-down of up to 200 chairs. (Because others may be using the same area on the same day, all activities – including photography and decorating – must begin and end within the rental period.)

-Sycamore Peninsula (50) Please note there is no electricity available in this location
-Event Lawn* (300)

*Tents can be rented for an additional fee, and are only permitted on the Event Lawn.

RECEPTIONS:
Host a memorable and enchanting outdoor reception on the Event Lawn, adjacent to the Hartley Garden and overlooking breathtaking views of the Oak Grove and ponds.

Your reservation includes:
-Site rental for designated day and time
-Access to electricity
-Complimentary parking during evenings (after 5pm) and weekends
-Assistance from staff during the planning of your event
-On-site assistance the day of your event
-One portable restroom
